- SPOEX 2012 welcomes trade show visitors, buyers, and the public.
Visitors may pre-register by turning in the Visitor Pre-Registration Form no later than Jan.31, 2012 by fax or via e-mail. Visitors who have not pre-registered may register at the show.
- Buyers of SPOEX 2012 will receive the benefits of:
- 1. Two complimentary nights at a deluxe hotel for each company
2. Free pass to the Buyers’ Lounge
3. Business Meeting facilities
Below is the instructions on how to pick up the badge and guaranteeing of your free hotel room.
1. How to pick up the Visitor Badge
All pre-registered buyers can pick up the Visitor Badge to enter the show floor. You should bring your pictured ID-passport or drivers license-and a business card to the "Foreigner Registration Desk" in the Pacific Hall Lobby to check in and receive your badge.
2. FREE Hotel Guarantee
To guarantee your free stay at the sponsored hotel, please make sure to visit the H&T Registration Desk during the show to ensure your attendance with the organizer, Otherwise the sponsored nights may not be guaranteed.
