If you need an invitation letter to acquire a VISA to enter Korea, please download the ‘Invitation Letter Request Form’ from Information Center>Download of our official website at www.spoex.com. After filling out all your information, please send us the request form by airmail with the following materials:
① Certificate of Business Registration by Government
Please photocopy the original document, then SIGN or stamp with the OFFICIAL SEAL/STAMP
② Certificate of Employment
Please photocopy the original document, then SIGN or stamp with the OFFICIAL SEAL/STAMP
Must be filled out on an individual basis. For example, if you have 3 visitors coming from your company, you need 3 Certificates of Employment.
③ Tax Report
Please photocopy the original document, then SIGN or stamp with the OFFICIAL SEAL/STAMP
④ Copy of Passport
This must be filled out on an individual basis. For example, if you have 3 visitors coming from your company, you need 3 passport scans.
⑤ Company Profile
⑥ Copy of A Business Card
⑦ Invitation Letter Request Form
This must be filled out on an individual basis. For example, if you have 3 visitors coming from your company, you need 3 completed Invitation Letter Request Forms
Please be informed that a notarized translation is required if the documents are in a language other than English or Korean.

If you send us everything together, we will send you the ‘Invitation letter’ after taking a serious evaluation. However, there is no guarantee you will receive a visa even though you receive an invitation letter from us.
